The padded flap holds the magazine securely when I'm moving through brush, but the hook-and-loop closure is still quick to open with gloves on. Fits my 9mm mags perfectly without being loose.

The padded flap and snap fastener make it incredibly easy to open one-handed, even when I'm wearing gloves at the range. It holds my 9mm magazine snugly without being too tight, and the hook-and-loop webbing tab gives it a solid, secure feel. This pouch handles exactly what I need it to.

The snap fastener works great even with thick winter gloves on, which was my main worry. I use it for a flashlight instead of a magazine and it holds perfectly snug. Only knock is the Velcro is a bit louder than I'd like when opening it.
