Joshua ★★★★★

Sent my old daypack in with a small tear near the zipper and it came back looking almost new, the stitching is solid. Turnaround was faster than I expected, too.

Penelope I. ★★★★★

My old field pack had a torn shoulder strap and a blown zipper pull, and it came back looking like it just left the factory floor. The stitching on the repair is clean and tight, and the turnaround was quicker than I expected. Feels good to have my go-to gear back in action without having to replace

Sofia ★★★★★

Sent my well-used daypack in with a busted buckle and a frayed strap; came back looking like new. The turnaround was faster than I expected, which saved my weekend trip.
